Booking an appointment:
- All services are by appointment ONLY. New and transfer clients must book a consultation first. For establishments, a $200 deposit is due upon booking, and the remaining balance is due before the start of your service on the day of.
Cancellations:
- Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance by text or phone call. A $50.00 rebooking fee for missed (or no-show) consultation appointments will be required. Consultation fees are non-refundable.
Establishment and Consultation Preparation and Studio:
- For establishments, please follow specific steps from your sisterlock consultant during consultation.
- For retie services, please come prepared by washing your hair at least two days before your service. We also offer shampooing at the studio for an additional fee.
- Feel free to bring a snack or a meal. Water is complimentary.
- Unfortunately, NO CHILDREN are allowed in the studio unless they are being serviced.
Late Arrival:
- Please be on time. Your time and ours are precious, so please arrive no more than 15 minutes late. If, for some reason, you cannot arrive within the maximum 15-minute window, we will have to reschedule your appointment unless your B&C consultant says otherwise.
Payment Methods:
- Cash (excluding deposits), Zelle, CashApp, PayPal, and Venmo are accepted. Gratuities are greatly appreciated but are NOT required.
Quality:
- If, for some reason, you are not happy with your hair, please let your practitioner know within 48 hours so that she may address the issue and make plans to correct or explain the next steps.
